By accessing and using Tadaaah ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Description of Service

Tadaaah provides business intelligence and market analysis services, including but not limited to:

• Business directory searches and data aggregation
• SEO analysis and website evaluation
• Digital advertising detection and analysis
• Market insights powered by artificial intelligence
• Data export and reporting tools

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or local laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• Submit false or misleading information

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tadaaah and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

7. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service are available only through paid subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Tadaaah, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. AI assistant

The AI assistant answers your website's visitors only from the pages of your site that it has read. It can be wrong. You are responsible for what your site says and for checking the assistant's answers; it is a convenience for your visitors, not advice from Tadaaah. It is always labelled as an AI assistant.

One subscription covers one website and up to 500 conversations a month; past that, the assistant gives your phone and email until the next month. The trial is free: billing starts the first time the assistant loads on your site, and if it does not within 30 days the subscription ends with nothing charged. If it went live before you installed it, or without you, reply to the go-live email within 7 days and we refund that charge. You can stop it at any time from your install page; it then answers until the end of the paid month.

Site assistant

When a visitor uses the AI assistant on one of our customers' websites, their messages are sent to our AI provider to produce an answer and are not stored by Tadaaah; we keep only counts of conversations and messages per site. The assistant's window sets no cookies.
